Lighthouse Christian Radio Station – Belize
Lighthouse Christian Radio FM 101.3 began broadcasting on July 16, 2004 from 8 AM to 8 PM and gradually expanded hours from 6 AM to Midnight. With only one full time staff, several old computers and equipment. We began broadcasting half-hour teaching programs, a variety of Christian music; Contemporary, praise & worship, Reggae, Spanish and Caribbean as well as daily news broadcasts: local, national, international news.
Clive named it “Lighthouse Christian Radio” because he felt being on an island (Ambergris Caye) the name would be significant because of the role a lighthouse plays to those lost at sea by providing direction, security, and hope as they maneuvering through life’s storms and rough waters.
Now Lighthouse Christian Radio station can be heard all over Belize and the systematic teaching of the Word of God and great worship is played 24 hours a day.
