Calvary Chapel Rosarito School of Worship/ Capilla Calvario Rosarito Escuela de Alabanzas

Hi Friends,

I am happy to announce that CCRosarito is going to begin a School of Worship/Worship leading in March. The purpose of this year long course is to train up and raise up worshipers and especially worship leaders. Let me share the details with you:

Calvary Chapel Rosarito School of Worship/ Capilla Calvario Rosarito Escuela de Alabanzas

1. This class will be meeting 12 different Saturdays throughout the year from 8:45am to 10am. The class will be held in the downstairs rock sanctuary, so we will be meeting during the breaks between the Bible College Quarters. (For Example: We will have 3 weeks of classes than 9 weeks off. For a grand total of 12 courses over the year.)

2. The Entire Class will be bilingual.

3. Cost: 100 pesos for materials for the year. Payable in the first three courses.

4. Class is open to ages 9 to 99! Children ages 9 to 11 may be enrolled as long as they have a parent/guardian enrolled in the class with them to assist them.

5. All students must have (or share with a friend) an acoustic guitar.

6. The class will have a few focuses. a.- Becoming a good guitar player, good enough to play and sing at the same time. (Saying that, this class is not a beginning guitar course. We will be going over all of the major chords in the first three weeks… and beginners are welcome…but the focus will not be teaching beginning guitar.) b- The focus of worship in worship leading. c. Leading a small group, bible study, church in worship. d- How to set up worship sets and worship teams.  e. The need for worship leaders in missions and church plants.

7. Mike Vincent, Senior Pastor and Lead worship leader of CCR will be hosting the classes, but will have help from guest worship leaders throughout the year.

The first three courses will be Saturday March 13th, 20th, and 27th, then we will take our first 9 week break for Bible college.

It is our desire that Jesus will use this class to stir up more of a passion for worship in our own hearts personally, in our church and city, and… to the ends of the earth.
