Sunrise Primary School is a small school located in the Kiryandongo Refugee Camp. Established by Saving Grace Refugee Services (SGRS) in 2004 it has been a training ground for children. Located on the backside of the refugee camp it is a relief for the hundreds of children that had to walk miles each day to the other schools located in the middle of the camp.
SGRS hired Christian teachers to teach and run the daily programs of the school and above all to establish the many different kids from many different tribes in the Word of God. Establishing schools is one of the primary goals of Saving Grace World Missions for many different reasons. One reason is that it opens up an opportunity to reach the children and in turn attract the adults to the truth of the Gospel. Also, the buildings of the school will function well as a church as well as a bible college for the adults.
Sunrise Primary School is an amazing opportunity to impact these kids’ lives as well as their culture around them. If you would like to give towards sunrise primary school please click the link below that says, “Give Now.”
